There are certain things I can't stand. One thing that's particularly frustrating for me is when people make assumptions without knowing the full story. It bothers me even more when someone tries to control everything around them—micromanaging others instead of trusting their abilities. Lastly, I dislike dishonesty and insincerity; honesty builds strong relationships while lies tear them apart.
